Emigrated to the U.S. in 1969 from Turkey. Prior to his travel business, Altan was an Electrical Engineer in Turkey, Germany and then the United States. After a 30 year career as an Electrical Engineer, Altan founded Artun Travel with partners in 1991. He has been involved in the travel business ever since the inception of Artun Travel.
Altan has a passion for travel and his life is filled with humor and joy. Altan spends his free time with his children and friends and he is an active member of the Turkish-American community. Altan lives in Chicago and is happily single.

Born in Fetiye, Turkey and graduated from Gazi University in the Department of Travel Management & Tourism Guidance Education. Levent is a licensed tour guide mandated by the Ministry of Tourism in Turkey. After six years working as a travel agent and tour guide in Turkey, Levent relocated to the United States to further his career in Tourism.
Levent’s speciality is organizing tailormade sightseeing, cultural, historical and specialized tours for groups or individuals to Turkey, the Middle East & Europe. His interests include photography, scuba diving and chess.
Yasemin Celebi yasemin@artuntravel.com
Graduated from Dokuz Eylul University with a degree in Business Management. Upon graduation, Yasemin was an Account Manager at Beff Mobilya after passing the CPA exam. In 2004, Yasemin relocated to the United States and started her career in tourism and has been a travel agent for three years at Artun Travel.
Yasemin is currently pursuing her Masters in Accounting at Loyola University. Yasemin travels abroad each summer for holiday, she enjoys all types of sports and social activity. Yasemin is fluent in Arabic, Turkish and English.

Started her career in Advertising working for various agencies in Chicago. In 2008, Leyla started Lotus Marketing Services focusing on communicating brand messaging through non-traditional channels including: event marketing, web marketing and social media. Leyla currently maintains the Artun Travel Blog.
Leyla is an avid traveler, she boarded her first international flight at 9 months and her passion for travel has taken her around the world. Leyla has traveled Europe & Turkey extensively, she prides herself on her knowledge of Hotels, Restaurants, Cultural Events, Pop Culture and finding hidden gems.

Hello, I do not know if you book flights or reserve them. I didnt find it that easy to discover it on your website. I chose your site because my daughter’s name is Yasemin and there was one there too! Crazy reason but how else?
I am Australian but live in Istanbul however I am currently in the States. I would like to know the best price flight you can offer me for 22nd Feb from Istanbul to Melbourne, Australia and returning on 6th March to be back by 7th.
Please give me the prices first without the tax and then tell me on top how much altogether. I have priced some on skyscanner and am interested if you can match this. If so, I will purchase through you.
